Bliss Employment provides employers with total peace of mind when hiring foreign domestic helpers. Founded in 2008, we have maintained a nimble and stable team known for providing a pragmatic and personalised service. We listen attentively to your needs and make it our mission to match you with high-calibre domestic helpers who satisfy your household needs.

Bliss was originally set up in a shared office in Causeway Bay. In 2010, Bliss expanded and relocated to Room 1116 at Golden Era Plaza. In 2024, we rolled out our own mobile app to facilitate both employers and employee to access useful information.

We match employers with reliable and hardworking foreign domestic helpers. Some candidates are personally recruited by our founder, Ms. Karen Li, during her regular visits to the Philippines and Indonesia. Other foreign domestic helpers are already in Hong Kong and have a long-term working relationship with Bliss.
The Bliss Team
Our founder, Ms. Karen Li, has over 25 years experience in the employment industry. Her astute understanding of employers preferences and helpersâ personality traits are key to the long-term relationships Bliss has with employers and helpers alike.
Encouraging both employers and helpers to complete the employment contract is a long-time policy at Bliss, and Ms. Karen Li knack for promoting harmonious employer-helper relationships is a great asset for both employers and helpers.
Extensive Partnership Network
We independently hold an Indonesian Licence. In 2014, Bliss formed an association with Mamie Employment Centre, which obtained a Filipino Licence in the same year.
Bliss Employment enjoys an extensive network of partners spanning Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia. From 2013, we have also been operating a training centre in Indonesia.
